About the Role
We’re seeking three volunteer Board Members to provide strategic oversight, risk management, and governance support as we grow. This is an opportunity to shape the future of a mission-driven company supporting RIAs nationwide.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend quarterly virtual board meetings
- Oversee internal controls (security, confidentiality, privacy)
- Review and approve company policies and procedures
- Advise on risk identification and mitigation
- Promote a culture of ethics and compliance
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in the Registered Investment Advisor (RIA) industry strongly preferred
- Board or advisory experience (preferred, not required)
- Background in compliance, risk management, cybersecurity, or professional services
- High ethical standards and independent judgment
- Commitment to attend quarterly meetings

Commitment
