The HourHeart Project
A Commitment to Giving Back
Since July 2020, Nifty Advisor Support has proudly given back by allocating a portion of its profits to financial education programs through the HourHeart Project (THHP).
In January 2024, we reimagined THHP as a dedicated hour each month for our team to learn, listen, and contribute to our local communities in meaningful ways. We encourage every team member to engage in activities that foster understanding, empathy, and a broader perspective of the diverse world we share.
Through THHP, we’ve supported initiatives and organizations that uplift and empower a wide range of communities, including:
- Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI): Celebrating heritage, combating bias, and supporting initiatives that amplify AAPI voices.
- Latina/o/x Communities: Encouraging inclusion, education, and economic growth while honoring diverse cultural contributions.
- LGBTQIA+: Advocating for equity and inclusion, supporting organizations that fight discrimination, and celebrating the rights and identities of all individuals.
- Black Communities: Promoting racial justice, supporting economic and educational empowerment, and addressing systemic inequalities.
- Women: Championing gender equity through programs that empower women in leadership, education, and entrepreneurship.
- Veterans: Honoring those who have served by supporting initiatives that aid their transition to civilian life and provide access to resources.
- Environmental Causes: Fostering sustainability and protecting natural resources through advocacy and action.
By focusing on these and other communities, we aim to create meaningful impact and inspire positive change.
